Conor McGregor ‘reveals’ KEY details about comeback fight

Conor McGregor may well have just revealed some key details about his return fight in the UFC.

McGregor has not stepped inside the octagon since being defeated by Dustin Poirier in the pair’s trilogy fight. The Irishman has been in rehab after snapping his leg.

For some time now, you have felt as though McGregor was on the comeback trail, but he has remained patient in order to allow his leg enough time to fully heal.

We could now have (finally) been afforded some visibility into when McGregor will be returning to action and who his opponent could be when he eventually does.

As is reported by The Sun, McGregor liked a post on Instagram which stated the following, “Conor McGregor will fight at welterweight when he returns in early 2023.”

“Justin “the Highlight” Gaethje is the front-runner to be McGregor’s opponent.” That’d be no easy return fight for McGregor, but he’s never been one to shy away from a challenge.

We just want to see McGregor back fighting again sooner rather than later. Whoever it may be against, we’re certain that it’ll provide high-calibre entertainment.
