Chelsea and Liverpool interested in PROMISING Brighton midfielder

Brighton’s Moises Caicedo has been tipped for greatness after his impressive performances for Brighton and Hove Albion and now he attracting interest from some of the Premier League’s big boys.

It is believed that Chelsea and Liverpool are interested in the 21-year old Ecuadorian, who narrowly missed out on the knockout stages of the World Cup with his nation after a narrow 2-1 defeat to Senegal in the final match of the group stages.

Signed from Independiente del Valle in 2021, Caicedo has shone for the Seagulls under the former stewardship of Graham Potter and now Roberto de Zerbi and with the January transfer window fast approaching, the club will be preparing to brace themselves for some big offers for the youngster.

Caicedo has previously flirted with the idea of a move to Chelsea where he would rejoin Potter, saying: “I think they are one of the best teams in the world and nobody would turn down an offer from Chelsea. It’d be a dream to be in the best teams in the world.”

With Todd Boehly already spending big since arriving as Chelsea’s new owner, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the Blues put in a big offer for the midfielder, especially with rivals Liverpool also circling for his signature.
