Hurling and football qualifiers drawn

Round 2 of the hurling qualifiers and round 3A of the football have both been drawn in the last few minutes on RTE Radio’s Morning Ireland.

The hurling draw was first and initially Dublin were drawn against Cork. However, as that would mean Limerick and Clare meeting again, a second draw was made.So Dublin will face Limerick, while Cork take on Munster neighbours Clare.

Cork and Clare to do battle next week.

The hurling games are to be played at neutral venues, while in the football draw first team out had home advantage.

So Fermanagh will host Roscommon while Kildare must travel to Longford.

Fermanagh v Roscommon

Longford v Kildare

First team named has home advantage. Times and dates for the fixtures to be confirmed by CCCC., but matches expected to take place on Saturday July 11.

GAA Hurling Draw Hurling – Round 2

Dublin v Limerick

Cork v Clare

These games will take place on Saturday, July 11. Venues are at the discretion of CCCC, no automatic home advantage for first team drawn.
