Fresh off the back of a brilliant battle between Max Holloway and Calvin Kattar, the UFC is set to continue its impressive week of fights as Wednesday’s Fight Night edges closer.

Wednesday’s Fight Night will see a mouth-watering Welterweight clash between Michael Chiesa and Neil Magny headline the event.

Elsewhere, another Welterweight clash between Warlley Alves and Mounir Lazzez is scheduled to be the card’s co-main event.

Other exciting match-ups throughout the card’s jam packed prelims and main card include Ricky Simon vs Gaetano Pirrello and Lerone Murphy vs Douglas Silva de Andrade.

Ahead of Wednesday’s exciting fight card we have looked at some of the best betting tips.

Bantamweight: Ricky Simon (16-3) vs Gaetano Pirrello (15-5)

After making his long-awaited debut in the UFC back in April 2019, Simon, currently 4-2 in the UFC, will be desperate to get his hand raised on Wednesday after suffering recent back-to-back defeats against Urijah Faber and Rob Font.

The talented all-rounder who fights out of the illustrious Royce Gracie academy will fancy his chances against Pirrello who will be making his UFC debut.

With two of Pirrello’s five professional defeats coming via submission and with Simon’s ground game being arguably his best attribute, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the talented Bantamweight shoot early, looking for an early submission.

Tip: Simon to win via submission 7/2

Women’s Flyweight: Roxanne Modafferi (25-17) vs Viviene Araujo (9-2)

Both these ladies come into Wednesday’s bout off the back of wins but I see Araujo being the one to get her hand raised.

Modafferi is notoriously difficult to finish having only been finished twice, both via submission, during all of her 42 professional fights.

I fully expect to see this Flyweight match-up go the distance with Araunjo’s pace-pushing too much to handle for the popular Modafferi.

Tip: Araujo to win via decision 8/11

Welterweight: Michael Chiesa (17-4) vs Neil Magny (24-7)

Another brilliant headlining fight!

This one is ridiculously tough to call with both fighters excellent in their own styles.

Magny, known for his striking ability will be hoping he can keep the bout on the feet, whereas Chiesa who is notoriously gifted on the ground will be desperate to take his opponent’s back.

I think once Chiesa takes Magny down, the relentless American’s ground-game will be too much and eventually lead to him finishing the fight off.

Tip: Chiesa to win via submission 7/2
