Alisson Becker lost his father today due to a drowning accident in their holiday home in Brazil and to make matters worse the poor Liverpool keeper can’t return home to bury his beloved father.
Alisson has post on twitter and Instagram to thank all the fans a people that reached out to him to their condolences over the passing of José Agostinho Becker, José Agostinho Becker was only 57 still very young and won’t get to see many years of Alisson Becker in between the sticks for Brazil and Liverpool

Liverpool and Alisson have been going through a bad run as of late with slipping to sixth place in the table and an awful run of injuries to key players, but it just goes to show that football matters very little and times and we here at BenchWarmers are thinking of Alisson Becker and his family and friends and we will be praying for his father José Agostinho Becker R.I.P.
