According to reports from the Liverpool Echo, Steven Gerrard has been offered a job as the new Poland manager.
The former Liverpool midfielder has been out of work since he was sacked from his role as Aston Villa manager back in October.
He was originally touted as one of the best up-and-coming coaches after his resounding success at Rangers but has hit a major bump in the road since.

But he could be handed a lifeline as reports are now linking him with the role of Poland national team manager.
The Poland FA have offered him a big-money contract which Gerrard is seriously considering. He would be replacing Czeslaw Michniewicz, who left the job at the end of last year after a poor World Cup campaign.

Although they qualified from a tough group, they were eliminated in the round of 16 by France.
Gerrard will already be familiar with Matty Cash from his time at Aston Villa who can help him become more familiar with his potential new side.
