🚨Premier League game suspended after Tom Lockyer suddenly collapses

Luton Town’s clash with Bournemouth was suspended after Tom Lockyer suddenly collapsed in the second half.

The defender had a similar incident occurred during last season’s play-off final when he also collapsed without any prior warning.

On the 59th minute, Lockyer, close to the centre circle, collapsed, with Bournemouth and Fulham players rushing to his aid.

Paramedics then rushed onto the scene with Rob Edwards pulling his players away as they waited on the sideline.

After a temporary suspension, Lockyer was stretchered off the pitch to a standing ovation before the game was officially cancelled.

The player is reportedly ‘alert and responsive’ according to the BBC.
