A 16-year-old MMA fighter has died in Russia.
It’s been reported that the teenager was KO’d by a spinning head kick and that he had no headgear despite the rules stating that he should.
The fighter had been competing at the Open MMA Cup of the Rodina Sports Club.
The MMA Union of Russia and the investigating authorities are said to be checking the situation to find out what happened.
Footage of the KO has emerged on social media and people have reacted to it.
