WWE star riles up Newcastle fans with Alexander Isak Liverpool gesture

JD McDonagh, a well-known Liverpool supporter, was performing at a WWE live show in Newcastle, where he pulled out a Reds shirt emblazoned with “Isak 9″.

Ahead of Liverpool’s Premier League clash, McDonagh managed to rile up the Newcastle fans, and it sparked loud boos from the home fans.

McDonagh later doubled down by posting footage of the moment on X, captioned “Free Isak.”

Isak has made it clear to Newcastle United that he wants to leave St James’ Park this summer to move to Anfield.

The Magpies have already rejected a massive bid from Liverpool, and it is not clear whether the Reds would come with another bid before the end of the window.

Isak is training alone and has made it clear that he will not play for the Magpies again due to breach of promises.

Newcastle cannot sell him unless they sign a replacement, but the Tyneside club have failed to land some of their top targets.

The likes of Liam Delap, Joao Pedro, Hugo Ekitike, and Benjamin Sesko were targeted, but they all moved to join rival Premier League clubs.
