Who can’t wait for Saturday night/Sunday morning? It’s going to be a cracker, Conor McGregor did beat Dustin Poirier back in 2014 in his native Dublin, but this is a different Dustin Poirier and different Conor McGregor. The Irish man will be hoping to get two wins in a row in the Octagon having beaten Cerrone in 2020, but watch the video here as Poirier and McGregor went face to face;
The Irish man suffered an awful blow to Russian and bitter rival Khabib Nurmagomedov in 2018 and is sill hopefully of luring the Russian back in to the UFC, after Nurmagomedov announced his retirement last year after retaining his belt. Would McGregor realistic be able to defeat Nurmagomedov if he fought him again? Nurmagomedov did beat Conor McGregor convincingly in that fight and the Russian said he was done and didn’t want to fight the Dubliner again and basically said it was a waste of time fighting him.
