The Lions touring party is set to be announced today at 12:30pm and we can’t wait for the announcement all across Britain and Ireland there are debates going on, of who and who should’t be on the tour. Warren Gatland and his management have a tough job on their hands to get the right mix and balance for the squad to South Africa.
It’s a great achievement that the tour is even going ahead with Covid still a major problem across the world. The best of rugby players of Britain and Ireland will tour South African and play the franchise teams and the national team, the Springboks in three tests. These games will take place over the months of June and July, it will be Warren Gatland’s third tour as head coach. The New Zealander is currently head of the Chiefs rugby and has been given the leave to take up this massive mantle.
