WATCH: Listen To The Re-Recorded Version Of The Champions League Song In English

The lads over at the Football Republic have re-recorded the iconic theme tune for football’s premier club competition, the Champions League, in English.

Now, they’ve made an obvious attempt to make the song sound shite by using a poor singer and an even worse recorded instrumental but even if a proper singer sang the famous anthem in English it would still be pretty crap as the lyrics consist of;

The Champions
A big meeting
A great sporting event

It’s understandable now why the song was recorded in UEFA’s three official languages English, French, and German and not just all English because as you’re about to hear, it would be dreadful.
