It turns out Ramos didn’t actually stamp on Sterling as this footage from another angle shows but people are still asking why Ramos felt the need to walk over to Sterling in the first place.
Here is that other angle. Sterling is already in pain before Ramos touches him. He did not stamp Sterling.
