Chelsea are joining in with all the other clubs in the way that they had to come up with a new way of announcing their latest signing. This is slightly embarrassing though as it is just so hard to watch. Chelsea have signed Rüdiger from Roma for a fee in the region of £34m. Is he a good signing. Watch it here:
