Diego Costa and David Luiz abduct Chelsea manager Antonio Conte from his post-match press conference duties to continue the title celebrations, after the Blues are crowned champions following a 1-0 victory at West Bromwich Albion.
Fortunately for Conte he did manage to have a good chat with the press for over 13 minutes before the Brazilian duo ushered him off to rejoin the celebrations.
