The former Welsh coach Warren Gatland parted ways with the WRC last week and a post that has gone viral on Facebook of what the 61 year old Kiwi did for Welsh club Llandaff North Rugby.

So Philip Morgan and Eric James first welcomed Gats to Wales the day after he landed. He then agreed to attend our Club Presentation that month.
What a welcome he had on ‘the rough side of the bridge’! 🖤💛
So Phil sent him our best wishes today after he left his post, and below is his reply…
What a Gentleman! We wish him the very best 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏉
Hi Phil and Eric, thanks for the message. Really appreciate it. I’ve loved my time in Wales but looking forward to spending some quality time with the family. I remember that night fondly at and as it was my first rugby club I went to in Wales when I am asked what club I support it is Llanduff North. Wishing you all the best for the remainder of the season and hopefully we may catch up in the future. Regards Warren

Hopefully the Welsh will remember the good days Gatland gave the country rather then the most recent ones ..
