We all know Rio Ferdinand is a big bloke but he doesn’t come close to Kenya’s strongest man.
Ferdinand is in Kenya as an ambassador for Guinness Kenya and during one stop he came across Kenya’s strongest man. To prove his title the strongman plucked the former Manchester United defender and his mate up on each shoulder (weighting 200kg) and spun them around like it was nothing.
