Here’s a fun fact. Did you know that Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho was the main man in the first video to ever hit 1 million views on YouTube?
The first video to reach one million views on YouTube was indeed Ronaldinho’s Touch of Gold video for Nike.
It was uploaded in 2005 and the original is no longer available as well as information about how long it took for it to reach the record number of views.
Nike has since confirmed the video was the first to reach 1,000,000 views all those years ago and they even ran a campaign related to the video which you can see here:
