As you are probably aware, Gary Neville is a Manchester United man, through and through, so when Pep Guardiola appeared on Monday Night Football and presented the former United captain with a Manchester City champions shirt you’d expect some kind of reaction.
Well, Guardiola did get a reaction, first one of surprise and then one of pure class as Neville offered to donate the shirt to a charity, if Pep signed it, instead of having to wear it.
A kind gesture from both sides and ultimately some people in Manchester will benefit somewhere along the line so well done Pep and Gary and congratulations once again to Manchester City.
