Anthony Watson was the decisive scorer to take it from a level game to England in the lead but fans are thinking that the TMO missed some serious errors in the build up.
An early try from Italy shocked England as the Italians went five point ahead in the third minute. England then answered back in the 10th minute through an Owen Farrell penalty and then a try from Jonny Hill to take it to England 8-5 Italy.
The back and forth continued with Italy scoring a penalty in the 19th minute to tie the game 8-8. Eddie Jones was clearly unhappy with this and a message got down to the side-line as England quickly whipped into shape and Watson crossed the try line after some brilliant footwork just minutes later.
Fans think that Watson’s try should have been disallowed by the TMO with some possible forward passes in the build up, what do you think, did the referee get it wrong awarding the try?
England score their second try of the game after some quick hands and a 𝙜𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 from Watson 😍 👏#GuinnessSixNations #ENGvITA pic.twitter.com/UiHlMkjKT0

Can we remove both Eng tries for the Knock-ons, the Double Movement, and the the forward pass for the second try it’s utterly ridiculous that a ref can miss all of it with the help of a TMo
