UFC middleweight contender Paulo Costa has been captured showing off a more leaner, more trimmed and more meaner physique following his recent title loss to champion Israel Adesanya.
Costa, 29, came into last year’s middleweight title fight hotly tipped as one of the UFC’s most dangerous contenders.
After showcasing a 13-fight unbeaten record, ‘Borrachinha’ was many fans’ pick to dethrone the pound-for-pound great Adesanya.
However, in what was another brilliant performance from ‘The Last Style Bender’, Adesanya rose to claim a second-round TKO win over the Brazilian number-one contender.
Now firmly with his sights set on securing a title rematch, Costa is preparing to face-off against former champ Robert Whittacker in April, later this year.
Ahead of the mouth-watering bout, the 29-year-old South American has been captured showing off his new physique.
Paulo Costa seems to have trimmed down considerably following his #UFC 253 loss to Israel Adesanya.
I reckon leaner frame will serve him well going forward.
