Skipp is only in the squad because both Yves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur suffered injuries which have kept them out.
This will be a great win for Antonio Conte as his side chase Champions League qualification but would be extremely damning for Graham Potter.
If any result would really turn the fans against the English manager and put pressure on the new ownership it would be losing to Chelsea.
