A subtitled version of Rodrygo’s encounter with Lionel Messi has been posted online, showing the brutal exchange of words shared between the two.
Brazil played Argentina in a World Cup qualifier during the week and in a surprise to absolutely nobody, it was complete chaos.
But unfortunately, a lot of this chaos happened off the pitch prior to kick-off as Argentina fans and Brazilian police clashed in the stands.
Kick-off was delayed for over an hour with Messi dragging his players off the pitch before the game eventually got underway.
But just before the referee blew his whistle, Messi and Rodrygo could be seen in a heated argument close to the centre of the pitch.
This back and forth then continued throughout the match, with a transcribed video reportedly showing the conversation released on social media.
