A Manchester City fan has stayed true to his word and shaved his head after promising to do so if John Stones scored against Manchester United in their Carabao Cup semi-final.
Manchester City fan Sam Watkins has gone through with his promise to Twitter that ‘If Stones scores I’ll shave my head’
The post was made by the way of a screen grab of a SnapChat of Watkins wearing a City jersey while drinking a pint.
The post was accompanied by what can only be described as a confident caption that read ‘1,163 day’s since John Stones last @ManCity goal. Safe to say I didn’t see him scoring last night..’

Well, Stones did score and his goal helped Manchester City book their place in the Carabao Cup final after they defeated Manchester United 2-0 at Old Trafford.
Thankfully Watkins stayed true to his word and published a follow up video of his new hairstyle after he shaved off all his lovely hair.
We were hoping for a bald look but nonetheless a shaved head will do. Fair play.
Let’s hope we win the final 🤣 pic.twitter.com/uM4pRv6GqC
