During their final Premier League match of the season against West Brom on Sunday, Leeds United fans sent veteran attacker Pablo Hernandez an emotional farewell.

The Spanish winger has been with the club since 2016 and has directly contributed 77 goals, in all competitions, along the way.
Sitting in the stands, watching on as his teammates played their last match of the 2020-21 season, Hernandez, who will leave the club now the campaign has ended, was reduced to tears after 10,000 fans sang his name at Elland Road.
