Steven Bergwijn went down in the Leeds box, winning his side a penalty after a reckless challenge from Leeds man Alioski on the edge of the box. This play that ended in a penalty for Jose’s men all began with a profound pass from Leeds keeper Meslier.
He went to pass out from the back but completely missed every Leeds player before gifting the ball directly to Winks in a dangerous position, the centre backs who are aware of Kane’s danger then scrambled to double mark the Englishman leaving Bergwijn open at the edge of the box for a pass. Steven received the ball at his feet and Alioski rushed back to defend the attacker before putting in a sloppy challenge that gifted Spurs the chance to take the lead and Harry Kane was never doubted from the 12 yard spot.

Bielsa is going to have to talk to Meslier at half time about his careless passing.
