Julian Alvarez managed to have a tooth knocked out while celebrating after his side scored.

Manchester City made easy work of Bournemouth on Saturday afternoon, running riot and walking away 6-1 winners.

During the celebrations for their second goal, Alvarez managed to lose one of his front teeth while celebrating with goal scorer Bernardo Silva.

Man City are now top of the table but could be overtaken if either Arsenal or Tottenham win their fixtures.
