Tottenham booked their place in the Carabao Cup final after beating Brentford 2-0 in the semi-final.
Brentford were literally millimetres away from equalising against Tottenham in their Carabao Cup clash only for VAR to break their hearts and snatch the goal away.
The visitors had gone a goal down in the twelfth minute thanks to a Moussa Sissoko glancing harder after an inch-perfect cross by Sergio Reguilón.

Brentford thought they had found their equaliser in the second-half after Ivan Toney found the net only for VAR to rule it out.

Moments later Spurs Son found himself in on goal and the outcome was inevitable as the Korean netting his second goal of 2021 to give Spurs a comfortable 2-0 lead.

Spurs went on to win the game booking themselves a place in the Carabao cup final. The London side will be hoping for victory in the final to end their 13 year trophy drought.
