(Video) International footballer crashes his car through the side of a building in horrific crash

Moroccan footballer, Sofian Kiyine was rushed to hospital after he crashed his car through the side of a sports hall in Belgium.

Kiyine currently plays for Belgian Pro League side, OH Leuven and lost control of his car after hitting a roundabout.

After becoming airborne and crashing through the sports hall, it was reported that a group of kids were only feet away from the accident but thankfully nobody was hurt.

Kiyine was rushed to the hospital on Thursday evening and according to reports, it is thought that his condition isn’t life-threatening.

His club OH Leuven released a statement after the accident.

“Sofian Kiyine was taken to the emergency department of the nearest hospital where further examinations are taking place,” the statement reads.

“He is not in a life-threatening condition. Fortunately, no other vehicles or persons were involved in the accident.

“The club is waiting for more clarity about the exact circumstances of how the accident came about before responding further. We wish Sofian a speedy recovery.”
