Harry Redknapp says that he means ‘no disrespect’ but he has done the exact opposite to Jose Mourinho as he has criticised his man management skills at Tottenham.
Harry was manager of Tottenham when Gareth Bale was a young player before his expensive move to Real Madrid and he is familiar with the Welshman.
Gareth was well before his prime and Harry seemed to get the best out of him but Jose is struggling to get the star player to perform at star level.
Harry talks about how Jose needs to trust the players and give both Gareth Bale and Dele Alli game time to prove they can shine, he should even be hyping the players up in training according to Redknapp.

The two players rely heavily on their confidence to perform well and leaving them on the bench only harms that.
