Former Newcastle player, Jetro Willems was punched by his own supporter during an Eredivise game on Sunday.
Things got heated during Groningen’s clash with Heerenveen in the Eredivisie on Sunday.
There was a pitch invasion in the 80th minute with furious fans in the Z-side stand having to be restrained by stewards.

Willems was one of the Groningen players who was trying to calm down his own fans only to be thanked with a right hand by a fan in the crowd.
