Dele Ali felt the full brunt of the Besiktas fan base when they booed him off the pitch after a truly terrible performance.
It’s fair to say that things haven’t been going too well for the former Tottenham star since leaving North London in January. Ali joined Everton on a free transfer but failed to find his feet in Merseyside, starting just one game for the Toffees.

His poor performances become even more pronounced when you consider that Everton at the time was a shambles and almost every player was performing under par. The fact that he couldn’t find his way into that team was extremely worrying.
So in the summer, the 26-year-old was shipped off to Turkey and to his new side Besiktas. Ali looked like his old self in his debut and scored on his second appearance but that was short-lived.
The Englishman reverted back to form and failed to impress his manager Senol Gunes who had a pop at him for his poor performances.
“Let’s not discuss Dele Alli as a player, but he is below expectations in terms of efficiency.”
Now it seems that the fans have also had enough of the once-promising youngster. During a Turkish Cup game against third-tier Sanliurfaspor, Ali was hooked off after only 28 minutes after his side went 2-0 down.
The fans sure let him know what they think of him.

To make matters worse for Ali, his team came alive after he was substituted and ended up winning the game 4-2.
