CJ Stander breaks down in an emotional interview the South African born adopted Irish man played in his last game for Ireland today winning 32 points to 18 in a brilliant performance from Ireland today at the Aviva Stadium. CJ Stander has decided to return to South Africa at the end of the season when he plays his last few games with Munster.

He will go down as a great servant for Munster and Ireland having played over 50 times for Ireland. Today’s game against England there was virtual nothing to play for as neither side could win the tournament. Having said that, there was Lions Places up for selection and going by today’s performance from Ireland. There will be a lot more Irish players on the plane to South Africa than expected. Ireland were simply superb today, England were poor and failed to back up their performance from last weekend against France, but all the same massive credit has to go to Ireland.
