Video: Chelsea’s final goal under Frank Lampard is a thing of beauty

Frank Lampard’s time as manager at Stamford Bridge has come to a premature end with Chelsea announcing his departure today.

The club’s legendary midfielder wasn’t totally unsuccessful with the club as Chelsea were top of the league just 50 days ago.

He got to the FA Cup final last season and even finished 4th in the Premier League so it’s hard to understand why they have sacked super Frank.

Chelsea are still in contention for the FA Cup with the side just beating Luton Town yesterday in the 4th round.

They are still in the Champions League and they face Atletico Madrid in the round of 16 on the 23rd of February.

His final goal in charge of his favourite club will be one that he’ll never forget I’m sure as they executed a perfect team goal.

It begins in their own box before playing all the way up the pitch and a brilliant one-two from Hudson-Odoi and Billy Gilmour set up the young English winger to cross a brilliant to Tammy Abraham to complete his hattrick.

Something I sure will be making highlight reels.
