(Video) Brahim Diaz gives AC Milan early lead against Tottenham

Brahim Diaz has bundled the ball home after seven minutes to give AC Milan the lead against Tottenham in the Champions League last 16.

The goal was Diaz’s first Champions League strike of the season, although ‘strike’ probably isn’t the best word to describe the goal.

The move started with a long ball forward to Theo Hernandez on the left wing who beat Cristian Romero in the air and carried on his run into the area.

The Frenchman then took a shot on the angle which was saved by Fraser Forster but only as far as Diaz, whose rebound shot was superbly kept out by Forster, but the diminutive Spaniard was there to head the loose ball over the line.
