The two European juggernauts collided in a tense Round of 16 knockout tie, which over the course of two legs resulted in the Red Devils progressing, 2-1 on aggregate.
Following the tie’s second-leg at the San Siro on Thursday, which saw United win 1-0, manager Pioli did not take too kindly to McKenna’s words after the game’s final whistle.
McKenna appears to have said “Good team!” to his counterpart, who must’ve taken the Norweigan’s comments as a sly dig promoting him to reply with: “Good team this f**k, you as****e, donkey! your sister good team, your sister”
Wow.
Ending of Milan-Manchester United:Solskjaer told to Pioli “good team”.
Possibly as sportsmanship.
But possibly Pioli took it as patronising, and replied in Italian:
“Good team this f**k, you as****e, donkey! your sister good team, your sister”
