Ulster rugby have today announced the signing of Springbok World Cup winner Duane Vermeulen to the Northern province. What a signing this is for the Ulster men. Duane Vermeulen is 35 years of age and will bring with him a massive amount of experience that will no doubt help the young players that are coming up through Ulster.
It will also boost their chances massively of going a long way in the domestic and European competitions this year. The season kicks off in less than ten days, where the United Rugby Championship will replace the Pro14, this season sees the Ulster sides join the mix and it will make for some great games.

The 6ft 4in, 18st Springbok has signed a two-year deal and will arrive in Belfast following the Autumn Tests.
The 35-year-old was named 'Man of the Match' during the 2019 World Cup final.
