Former UFC Champion offers to “beat up Jake Paul for free”

Former UFC Flyweight Champion Henry Cejudo has offered to fight YouTuber Jake Paul for free.

Cejudo, who was crowned the UFC Flyweight champion of the world with a victory over Demetrious Johnson at UFC 227, last fought in May of 2020 and has since retired from MMA.

Still, he clearly fancies his chances of getting the best of YouTuber-cum-boxer Jake Paul, having revealed that he would be happy to fight the social media sensation without receiving a penny, despite being four stone lighter than him.

Cejudo took to Twitter to request that Dana White provides him with the opportunity to take on UFC featherweight title-holder Alex Volkanovski, with him fighting Jake Paul for free in return.

Cejudo is unlikely to be anywhere near the front of the queue to fight Volkanovski, having been out of the UFC for so long. There is also absolutely *nothing* in it for Jake Paul.

It’s a proposition that both Dana White and Paul himself are unlikely to entertain. Cejudo is just another washed-up fighter looking for a payday, if via Volkanovski, and not Paul himself.
