Tyson Fury takes to Twitter to reveal his mouth-watering ‘five fight hitlist’

Tyson Fury has taken to Twitter to reveal his ‘five fight hitlist’ as the heavyweight division gets ready for a potentially phenomenal 2022.

Fury fought just the one time in 2021, triumphing in his trilogy bout with Deontay Wilder and retaining his WBC heavyweight title. He is expected to be more active next year, with the making of several fights on his agenda.

There has been plenty of speculation as to who the Gypsy King is hoping to fight next, but Fury put all those rumours to bed by taking to Twitter and giving fans the names on his ‘five fight hitlist’.

With the Deontay Wilder trilogy already done and dusted, Fury looks set to fight WBC mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte at some point in the spring. From there, he will likely move onto the winner of Anthony Joshua vs Oleksandr Usyk II.

Fury would have the opportunity to become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world and then retain that crown before signing off his boxing career with another inevitable win over Derek Chisora.

There’s plenty to be excited about – particularly if you’re British. It’s been several years since Fury fought on UK soil, but judging by the names on this list, he won’t be going anywhere anytime soon…
