Tyson Fury believes Francis Ngannou owes him a lot after their encounter last October.
The pair met in Saudi Arabia with Ngannou making his boxing debut.
He was widely expected to be easily defeated by âThe Gypsy Kingâ but it turned out to be a horrid fight for the WBC heavyweight champion and he only claimed a win via a split-decision from the judges.
Next up for the former UFC heavyweight champion is a clash on Friday with Anthony Joshua and Fury has shared his thoughts on the fight.
Speaking to The Stomping Ground he said: âItâs a good fight [between Joshua and Ngannou]â.
âWhen I was fighting Ngannou, it was a mismatch and it was a bulls*** fight, but it is what it is, isnât it? Styles make fights and thatâs what it is.
âIâm not sure what people expected of the man before [our fight]. I know it was supposed to be like a 1,000 to 1 shot, and he was useless and he couldnât fight and all of that, but he proved everyone wrong, so fantastic for him. I put him on the map, made him a multi-millionaire, and now Iâm making him even more money. So he needs to thank me. He needs to get on his knees and kiss my feet, doesnât he, for what Iâve done for him.â
On a prediction for the fight Fury sat on the fence.
âI donât know and I donât care, to be honest,â Fury said.
âListen, whatever happens, happens. The best man will win on the night. Theyâre heavyweight giants, arenât they? So anyone can win. Brilliant fights, actually, on Friday. Iâm looking forward to the bill, the whole bill.â
