Ed Woodward has stepped down with immediate effect after being confronted by two senior Manchester United players by all accounts. The European Super League is collapsing tonight after Chelsea, Manchester City, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have dropped out of the idea.

Its been reported that it was Luck Shaw and Manchester United captain Harry Maguire that confronted the Chairman over the European Super League idea.
