The 48 year old German was speaking to the media after Chelsea lost three goals to one at Stamford Bridge in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final. Chelsea were absolutely awful in the first half of the tie and carried on their form that they played against Brentford at the weekend.
The former PSG manager reckons the tie is over, if Chelsea don’t get their act together. The Blues face Southampton this weekend and if they fail to get a result they could very easily be pulled back into the race for the top four with Arsenal and Spurs who are fighting it out for those two places.
It was a crushing loss for Chelsea last night and not one you’d expect from the defending Champions.
