Manchester United put up a good fight but came up short against Arsenal and Roy Keane isn’t too quick to give them their plaudits.
Arsenal showed why they are currently at the summit of the table with a thrilling 3-2 win against Manchester United at the Emirates on Sunday.

They walked away winners but they were pushed to their limit by Erik ten Hag’s side and they deserve credit for that. They have come a long way since the start of the season but Keane still thinks they need to do more.

“There is a bit to go with United,” Keane said on Sky Sports.
“They did come and perform but it’s hard to win games when you concede three goals. They were part of a really good game but Arsenal deserved it.
“If there was any doubt about whether these players (Arsenal) were up for the challenge ahead, they showed they are top of the table on merit.
“United have made progress,
“But at the end of the game, I’m looking at (Luke) Shaw still at left-back – there are questions over him. (Aaron) Wan Bissaka, Fred, (Scott) McTominay… It’s like Manchester United haven’t moved on from the problems in the past”.
