Ireland came up against a quality opposition in France this afternoon at a sold out Aviva Stadium on the south side of Dublin City. There’s a lot of talk on the clear out from Tadgh Beirne on Antoine Dupont though .. Have a look below ..
MORE HERE: 🚨RTE Sport labelled a disgrace for what they did for Peter O’Mahony’s final appearance in green ..
☘️ Beirne's clear out on Dupont looks much worse from this angle.
Should it have been a red card for the Irishman? https://t.co/c24KowV0Bw

Agree – nothing accidental there – he moves right whilst off feet & uses his arm to support himself, then rolls his shoulder
Easily but he is a United Nations of Ireland player no chance the ref does his job properly
Off his feet and no intention to stay on them. Dives in and straight on Duponts leg. Should be cited for that one.
Whatever about a card but absolutely not intentional for me. He enters correctly as you can see in the other angles but is knocked off balance by the player coming from behind. Absolutely an accident
Absolute nonsense. Clearly pushed and driven by Porter. What’s he supposed to do? Total accident. Stop with the sensationalism.
When someone is falling and then is pushed by the force of another player behind them accidents can happen – this is exactly what happened Beirne probably would have landed either side of Duponts knee if he hadn’t had the momentum of Porters push from behind.
Anyone with half a brain can see it’s deliberate the refs afraid of the Irish for some reason
