Steven Gerrard is apparently a candidate to replace Christoph Galtier as Paris Saint Germain boss with the Frenchman under pressure.
Galtier ended a run of two straight PSG losses after beating Lille 4-3 over the weekend, but their Champions League quarter-final hopes are hanging by a thread after they were beaten 1-0 by Bayern Munich and dominated by the Germans for the majority of their last 16 first leg last Tuesday.
As a result, the heat is increasing on Galtier and somehow Steven Gerrard has been named as one of the main targets to replace him.
The former midfielder has been out of a job since October when he was sacked by Aston Villa and had recently been linked with the Poland national team job, but nothing came to fruition there.
