Is this good news for the unions in the Six Nations? This deal will be a massive cash boost for the rugby unions that most were in death before the global pandemic and are now even more in death due to Covid 19.
This deal will almost certainly mean that the future Six Nations Championships will go behind a pay per wall. So next years Six Nations you could be watching it on Amazon, BT Sport or even Sky Sports, very disappointing this for some. As not everyone will have access to those channels and rugby might lose the fans that wouldn’t always watch the Six Nations.
