Hold your horses, Fergie isn’t coming out of retirement and isn’t making a sensational return to football but he is going to manage a team at Old Trafford for Michael Carrick’s testimonial game.
The match is scheduled to take place at Old Trafford on Sunday June 4th with Sir.Alex taking charge of a Manchester United 2008 XI.

Harry Redknapp, who managed United’s no.16 at West Ham United will be in charge of the Michael Carrick All-Star XI.
The opponents on Carrick’s big day will include former England colleagues Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard and the squad for United’s team is set be announced soon.
