Having recently lost his mother following COVID-19 complications, footballing legend Ronaldinho has reportedly turned to alcohol as a means to cope, however, the extent of the Brazilian’s dependency is becoming increasingly more concerning.

According to a recent report from French outlet AS, the former Barcelona star is struggling to come to terms with his mother’s recent passing – As to be expected.
However, most concerningly, the outlet claim that despite the South American’s current turmoil, he is surrounded by people who are attached to him for his fame alone.
It has been claimed that in light of his mother’s shock and sudden passing, Ronaldinho has now resorted to drinking all day and every day.
Of course, it goes without saying, given how raw his mother’s death still is, the retired star is naturally still embroiled in the grieving process, however, if these recent reports are anything to go by – Let’s hope he gets the help he needs as soon as possible.
