The former Cork forward Mark Foley took to his twitter to take a swipe at former Limerick hurler Shane Dowling for his analysis on The Sunday Game.

“Dowling with his “its part of championship hurling”. Going around elbowing and shouldering lads in to the head. Go way ye gowl. Thats the typical Limerick attitude. By Jesus, if Cork dont cycle them.”

Shane Dowling is coming in for a hammering on social media for his opinion. Shouldering someone into the head is not part of Championship hurling.. Things can happen it was a bad challenge and no way should be coming in from the sideline to hit a player.

But Shane Dowling probably should have made more of the shoulder to the head incident..?
