Sergio Aguero may have revealed the next club of his former teammate Lionel Messi following a private call between the pair.
The two Argentinians, who have been best friends since their youth days, are always in contact with each other and Aguero may have just spilled the beans on who Messi will be playing for in the future.
Speaking to Argentinan outlet UOL, Aguero says that he thinks Messi may make an emotional return to his boyhood club Newell’s Old Boys in Argentina.
“He is seriously considering the possibility of playing for Newell’s.”
Former player Maxi Rodriguez, who played for Newell’s 281 times across three spells at the club, had to step in to ensure nothing else was leaked, saying: “Kun is Kun. He can’t keep quiet. We will see.

“It is hard to talk about this because then a giant ball of rumours is made. Let’s wait and see what happens. We will not get ahead of the facts.”
The rumours come amidst the news that Messi has not reached any agreement to extend his contract with PSG, but with three months left of the season, there is plenty of time for things to change.
